This policy is subject to the GTAC's Articles of Association, By-laws, and any official circulars issued from time to time regarding membership fees and related matters.

  1. Membership Fees and Renewal:
    1. Membership fees are determined based on specific criteria applicable to each membership category, as notified through official circulars issued by GTAC.
    2. Membership is valid for an annual period from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
    3. Annual renewal of membership is required, and the applicable renewal fee must be paid on or before the date specified in the renewal notice, typically before the commencement of the new membership year (April 1st).
  2. Cancellation by Member:
    1. Members wishing to cancel their membership must submit a written request for cancellation to the GTAC Secretariat. This request can be submitted via registered post, email to [Insert Official GTAC Email Address], or in person at the GTAC office during working hours.

In exceptional circumstances, if GTAC cancels a membership for reasons not attributable to the member's fault, a partial refund of the membership fee for the remaining unexpired portion of the membership year may be considered at the sole discretion of the GTAC Managing Committee.     4. Annual Renewal Fees:
      1. Annual renewal fees are non-refundable once the new membership year (April 1st) has commenced.
